@McDonaldsUK I ordered food for my kids from the McDonalds app on 20/03/26 while I was at work. When I got home I was told that the food arrived cold and was inedible. I contacted Uber the next morning and was told there was nothing they could do as the delivery time was met.

@Nathaniel_John @McDonalds @ubereats_uk Not yet, same response from Uber initially, food arrived within target time, no refund and no help. Food was cold and not really edible. Wouldn’t mind but use McDonald’s all the time and never had an issue until now.

@McDonalds @ubereats_uk Shocking service from McDonald’s and Uber eats. Spent £30 on food last Friday for my kids, arrived cold and tasteless. McDonald’s app tells me to contact Uber, Uber says nothing we can do, no refund no discussion. Will put a chargeback in with the bank now

@CodeByNZ I installed VLC on my work laptop in 2010 for my personal use. Somehow it ended up on all work desktops and laptops after a system update. Nobody ever knew what the application did and thought it was specialist software 😂
