I do not claim to be a prophet or an expert on the topics at hand.

I am simply a fellow concerned citizen worried about the direction humanity is heading.
We are constantly surrounded by talking heads on both sides of the aisle, in every aspect of our lives. There is a nonstop barrage of illogical arguments blasted at the masses. For years I followed that wave in the ocean of lies—I surfed it—and could not make any headway with my friends or fellow humans. I struggled with this in my mind, debating it within myself and with the God I serve. Christ is King!

(Quick side note: the term “Israel” in Hebrew means “to wrestle with God.”

This brought me to a semblance of one of the methods of uncovering truth amidst an ocean of lies: wrestling with ideas, not blindly accepting them.)
I am no longer bothered by—or willing to entertain—logical fallacies in this ocean of lies (or perhaps truths?). Where do we begin?

Confirmation bias—the mother of all fallacies and one of the strongest ones we all fall prey to, myself included.
I am a religious Christian, yet it is not my intent in this letter to discuss my religious upbringing or the confirmation biases I have developed from my own experiences in life.
I began this journey by first seeking wise words, which of course immediately raises yet another fallacy: appeal to authority, appeal to religion, appeal to science. Which experts can we trust?
Logic dictates that with precision of language and good intent behind it, wise words, word so, have the potential to help us understand the world we revolve in (or is it flat?—it’s a joke people).

Let us ruminate on som wise words:

“Healthy criticism is the basis of all true understanding.”

This phrase has many avenues of application, but for the purpose of seeking truth, one stands out in today’s society almost immediately: If one criticizes a topic for the purpose of understanding and drawing truth from it—asking questions, trying to get to the bottom of anything—and is then ridiculed simply for the act of questioning or criticizing, that response itself is illogical.
Which brings us to the next seed of truth:

“The truth fears no investigation.”

Or, rather

“ Truth fears no Conspiracy”

The men and philosophers of the Baconian time did not fear criticism. They did not fear investigation. They did not fear the deeper recesses of our consciousness. For I believe God granted us consciousness, and with induction and the scientific method, one finds surprise long results of Truth.
Again, I do not want to go into detail on my religious upbringing or my beliefs based on my relative experiences in life. I use that phrase simply as an example of a belief I hold—one that I strive hard not to surround with confirmation bias against disconfirming information.
I welcome disconfirming information, especially on things I hold with extreme faith and belief.
I have come to nearly one-hundred percent certainty—not arrogance, just hard-won clarity—that all things can be proven, even the existence of God, if you’re willing to stare down the evidence that punches holes in what you love.
Take Charles Darwin. Guy didn’t just dream up evolution—he chewed through every counter-argument, every fossil gap, every preacher’s rant. He didn’t shield his idea behind faith or ego; he let it get battered. And look—time’s verdict? The core holds. Natural selection, pressures, adaptations—we see ‘em everywhere, from finch beaks to antibiotic-resistant bugs. Doesn’t mean I buy “apes to humans” wholesale—the missing link’s still missing, and honestly? Our DNA’s closer to fungi than primates in some stretches. Yeah, mushrooms. No one’s cooked up a lab-proof story that we crawled out of spore clouds, but hey—if the data ever does, I’ll eat my hat.
Point is, Darwin didn’t fear the ugly stuff. He invited it. That’s the muscle we’re after: not clinging to our pet theories, but letting them breathe—or bleed

The public school system is designed to tell children what to think, while the children of the rich and powerful are taught how to think critically. One set of children is being taught to be the working class, while the other the managerial class that rules over them.

Obviously, we are being theoretical in this sense, but theoretically, if he indeed sprang forth in a life energy and passed through the shroud which he was wrapped in, even though his body was completely disfigured and beaten beyond repair, wouldn't it make sense that the form you would see pushing through the linen would be of the form that he would want us to see him as? Just a thought.

When our warriors are lost to addiction, violence, and hopelessness, the whole community is weakened— women, children, elders, and Two-Spirit people included.
Strong warriors build strong families. Strong families build strong communities. And strong communities create the safety, love, and respect that protect every member.
We don’t need longer acronyms. We need real solutions that heal and restore our warriors — because when our warriors stand proud, the entire community rises.

And if you're going to get on here and try to blast me, saying I don't know anything about the Native American peoples, you're wrong! I know the Methow, Okanagan, Wenatchee, Yakima, and many other tribes of Washington State the largest Indian reservation in Washington state is right across the river from my house on the Okanagan. The members that I see that have succeeded in those communities are those that build strong warriors for their families.

Jesus teaches us to love our enemies and to pray for them. As much as I hate the evil that is all across this land, I pray that the leaders of those countries, the Lord would soften their hearts. They could see their evil doing, regardless of where they're at or who they are, and they would just live in peace.

Try it sometime with an earnest and genuine loving heart. I tried it last night, and it was pretty powerful!
