@MayoClinicGIHep @MayoClinic Procedure scheduled for Mon. 3 days w/ feeding tube dislodged so no food or medicine for patient. Resulted in trip to ER 2 days before procedure. She was admitted by 1 doctor who wanted to expedite procedure and 3 hours later told to go home. 2/3

@MayoClinicGIHep Your lack of urgency for procedures because @MayoClinic closed on SatSun is unacceptable. Over 4.5 hrs in office on Th for no more than 60 minutes of consultation and per your own staff, left us until 5 b/c forgot we were there. No exam. 1/3

Service dog tasking, accessibility, and inaccessibility all in 30 seconds!

The ADA doesn’t require automatic doors for accessibility but installed auto doors don’t always work and are harder and heavier to open when not working. This presents a barrier.
