EFF Member of Parliament and Member of the Portfolio Committee On Higher Education, Science and Technology @Shikwambanaman1 has opened a case of fraud, corruption and mismanagement of state funds against Minister of Higher Education Blade Nzimande, and Chairperson of NSFAS Ernst Khosa at the Nelspruit Police Station, Mpumalanga.

Nzimande has been exposed in audio recordings for soliciting kickbacks from service providers of NSFAS, which resulted in the SACP receiving more than R1 million during his tenure as General Secretary
