Customer service representative called up and like last 14 months mentioned that you are still checking with insurance partner. To my surprise she pretended as if @OneAssis is not aware that equipment is at Service Center for last 14 months.

One Assist should be ashamed for stealing hard earned money of consumers and just palming of responsibilities.

@MiIndiaSupport@Xiaomi as a user I also apologies for having trusted your brand based on false promises reflected on your site. Multiple requests to repair/replace/reimburse have gone unheard. No reply on NCH from your company displays the importance of Indian Consumers and helplines. @consaff

@OneAssist_Cares@XiaomiIndia Multiple messages message mentioning complaint is being worked upon and one day to my surprise complaint closed as matter was resolved. No compensation/replacements, equipment at Service Center for 14 months and complaint resolved. What a mockery of Indian consumers
@OneAssist_Cares@XiaomiIndia When I didn't recieve equipment, I approached your customer care and Xiaomi. I was told equipment will be repaired in 10 days as spare part was not available. I recieved multiple messages from your customer care which mentioned that now spare parts are available.
@OneAssist_Cares@XiaomiIndia Finally somewhere in last week of Feb 23 technician from Xiaomi customer care turned up and took the equipment to Service Center for assessment and repairs.
@OneAssist_Cares@XiaomiIndia I had purchased Vaccum Mop P from Xiaomi India site in May 21 with one year extended warranty. In Feb 23, when equipment stopped working I approached Xiaomi India for repairs who after couple of days directed me to One Assist to raise complaint as extended warranty.
