The person who lives in constant judgement of others is always the most guilty. The person that allows others to be themselves, has no guilt.

Why is the obvious a hard pill to swallow. And why use a term that says nothing about nutrition as a proxy for diet? The calorie is not an equal tradeoff for nutritional requirements. Eating proper foods are far more important than simply calorie accounting. Furthermore, it’s the carbohydrate that requires such close measurement when modifying body weight.
That’s right. Freedom means being allowed as many ways to poison yourself as you wish. And totally mess up your state. It’s your right after all. Let’s not protect future generations from that. You owe it to them to get just as f_#ked up as you did. And really mess things up. Like you did. Let freedom ring!
Everyone is moving to Texas by the way!
According to my DEXA scale and wrist band, my body is prioritizing weight training recovery over cardio. It’s finding complete stress recovery from weight strain and incomplete recovery from cardio. It recommended light walking yesterday. In the mean time I was ready to hit the gym for my final week 21 workout. I am 66 by the way.
@Punky725 Not at all! Just gigging you a little bit. You probably know something the rest of us don’t so you rig it the way you see it. Hey, that’s a bumper sticker if I ever heard one “Rig it the way you see it”.
@Punky725 A lot of gear for flounder. But hey, it’s your box and your trip. My mom made killer crab meat stuffed flounder when I was growing up. We used to go out to the sand bars and gig em.
Good point and it’s not protein and calories, it’s protein and fat. You don’t get nutrients from a thermal unit. The calorie is a measurement and a proxy for the amount of energy potential in food. It doesn’t really exist. Just like the inch is a measurement and a proxy for length or distance. But it doesn’t actually exist.
As a man lifting 3 days per week, I am not just wanting to get strong. I am getting stronger regardless if I eat breakfast or not. Fasting has so far, not interrupted gains. I am a 66 year old Man eating like a man. I eat fatty meat and eggs with lots of butter. I count pounds on the stack. I don’t count calories. Every week the stack gets heavier.
I did keto first which was low carb. There was no noticeable weight loss. When I went to zero carbs, ate 2 meals one at noon and one at dinner no breakfast. I ate till I was full both meals. I was not hungry for breakfast anymore because I was fat adapted. I then lost 40 pounds within just a few months. I leveled off at what was my high school weight. Breakfast became a regulator if I wanted to gain or lose weight. But there was really no need to do that unless I kept dropping weight. Then I would stop it with a small breakfast.
It’s not a choice. It’s a longing. It’s not an off/on switch. It’s a sudden realization of reality itself. Once seen, it cannot be unseen. There is no going back. You see everything for what it really is. I watch a movie, and all I see are people acting. I no longer see the characters or the intended story. It’s no longer entertainment. If I read a book, same thing. I only see words. The story they represent is no longer there. When I look at you, I no longer see what you are pretending to be. I see a person going through the motions. It’s a lonely state of being. And you would not want to change it. Seven years ago, I realized this.
