The irony of it all is that the application that they orignially accepted is for a buy to let mortgage! Surely it doesnt take registered surveyor to work that out! Why did they need to take my money and then tell me there are too many buy to let occupants within the building.

@NatWest_Help have stolen £250 from me. Had a mortgage application denied even though I passed all the criteria, due to the survey coming back with the building being only suitable for buy to let buyers even though there are plenty of owner occupiers within the building.
