The Mark Anthony Group of Companies, the owner of White Claw, has acquired The Finnish Long Drink for $325M.

Founded by Mikael Taipale, Ere Manner, Sakari Manninen, and Evan Burns, The Finnish Long Drink quickly became one of the fastest-growing RTD cocktail brands in the United States.

Investors include Miles Teller, Kygo, Rickie Fowler, Neuberger Berman, and a number of others.

There have been several RTD cocktail acquisitions over the past 5 months:

- Molson Coors acquired Monaco Cocktails
- Anheuser-Busch bought BeatBox for $490M
- Sazerac purchased Dirty Shirley

TRUBAR, a Vancouver-based purveyor of clean nutrition bars, has been acquired by Turkish food company ETİ Gıda for $201M CAD.

TRUBAR, which was founded by Erica Groussman in 2019, retails at more than 15,000 doors across the U.S.

Revenue surpassed $50M in 2024 and the company expects to hit $100M in 2026.

There’s been a lot of deals in the protein bar space lately and more to come in 2026:

- BUILT Bar hired bankers
- Ferrero Group acquired Power Crunch
- 1440 Foods acquired FitCrunch
