Last night the Board approved a proposal for significant garage repairs across all three parking structures. The phased, three-year project is much needed and will bring our garages into a good state-of-repair. The expenditure has been planned for in our Reserve Accounts.

The office is unexpectedly closed today. We are waiting to hear back from the guard company if they can provide coverage today or if the evening guard can come early. We are monitoring the office email box each hour so email there; CMC after hours for bonafide emergencies.
