Today I visited Chuhar Chak in District Moga to inaugurate the Barking for a Better Punjab Stray Dog Surgery Center along with AAP Punjab Prabhari @msisodia Bhai and other distinguished guests.

This initiative touched me deeply. A modern facility dedicated to stray dog sterilization, vaccination, and rabies control, all provided free of cost.

Such efforts not only improve public safety but also reflect a society that cares for every living being.

I congratulate Dr. Iqvinder Singh Gill, Dr. Surinder Pal Sharma, and the entire team for their dedication and vision.

Let us all support and encourage such compassionate initiatives that make our communities safer and kinder.

वेद–उपनिषद बताते हैं कि ओंकार नाद के ध्यान में पूरी सृष्टि एक हो जाती है।

1000 सेकंड का ओंकार ध्यान सचमुच अद्भुत अनुभव रहा होगा।

उपनिषद के ऋषि तो कहते हैं-
एक पल के लिए भी यदि सच्चा ध्यान घटित हो जाए तो मन में न नफ़रत बचती है, न अहंकार…
न कोई शत्रु, न कोई पराया।

उम्मीद है 1000 सेकंड के उस ओंकार ध्यान में आपको भी वह क्षण मिला होगा जब -
- न पक्ष बचा होगा न विपक्ष,
- न धर्म–जाति के भेद… न “हम”– न “वे”…

और शायद एक पल को नेहरू से लेकर अरविंद केजरीवाल और ममता बनर्जी तक सबके प्रति राजनीति का द्वेष पूरी तरह शांत हो गया होगा।

और शायद उसी क्षण चुनाव हारने का दुख, चुनाव जीतने का अहंकार, चुनाव जीतने के लिए ED–CBI जैसी संस्थाओं के दुरुपयोग की तड़प भी शांत हो गई होगी।

शायद एक पल को मित्रों के कारोबार को देश–विदेश तक फैलाने की ललक, और विपक्षी पार्टियों को चंदा देने वालों को धूल में मिला देने का जुनून….
सब का सब ओंकार नाद में विलीन हो गया होगा।

यही तो ओंकार नाद के ध्यान का आनंद है- जहाँ नफ़रत पिघलती है और अहंकार अपने आप झुक जाता है।
