We are grateful for your consistent advocacy of conservative family values—values that reflect not only our own moral and religious traditions as Muslims, but also the shared ethical foundation of the American people. We thank you for honoring the key commitments discussed with members of our community. Your willingness to listen, your unapologetic defense of religious liberty, and your moral clarity in the public square have earned our appreciation and trust.

Mr. President, we commend your ongoing efforts to bring an end to the war in Ukraine. As Muslims, we hold the conviction that every human life—regardless of race, faith, or nationality—is sacred. As the Qur’an declares: “Whoever kills a soul... it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one—it is as if he had saved mankind entirely.” (Qur’an 5:32). The shedding of innocent blood is a tragedy that must stir the conscience of all people. Your desire to end war and prevent further loss of life resonates deeply with us. We support every sincere effort to prioritize peace over destruction.

It is in this spirit that we write to you now—compelled by conscience and burdened with grief—regarding the unfolding tragedy in Gaza. The suffering of the Palestinian people, the loss of innocent lives, the cries of mothers burying their children, and the devastation of entire communities demand urgent moral leadership.

When some of us stood with you on that stage in that now-famous moment of endorsement, we did so with the hope of peace in our hearts. We said, publicly and proudly, “We are with President Trump because he promises peace.” That promise gave hope to many—not only in our community, but around the world. Mr. President, we want that promise to be kept.

Mr. President, you once expressed a desire to be remembered in history as a man of peace. Many in our community supported you with that very hope—that your legacy would be one of reconciliation, strength, and justice. Today, we appeal to that vision. We urge you to speak, to act, and to lead with the same resolve you have shown elsewhere, toward ending this humanitarian catastrophe.

We respectfully ask you to call for a ceasefire—an urgent and necessary step that could ultimately lead to the end of this war. We believe this is not only a moral imperative, but a desire shared by millions of our fellow Americans, from all faiths and political backgrounds, who love peace and hate war. This is not a partisan issue; it is a human one.

Mr. President, injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere, and war anywhere is a threat to peace everywhere.
Mr. President, you have the power, you have the ability, you have the support to make a difference in this world—because you are the President of the United States of America.

Mr. President God is watching. History is recording. The world is witnessing.
