After several cooking classes with Aurora, ALBA's chef, these guys are becoming real PROs. Yesterday's menu included: mini burgers with mustard and Samfaina (a Catalan dish based on veggies and spices) and Mel i Mató, a Catalan dessert made with honey and cheese.
