Why does stress sometimes keep returning? Even when you’re doing everything “right”? 😒
Many people manage stress well.
They use coping tools, therapy, exercise, and lifestyle changes.
Yet the stress keeps coming back.
Here’s one reason why. 🧵
@tboseZA When we become so used to living in a state of pressure that calm feels unfamiliar, we unconsciously create or seek out busyness because stress has become linked to productivity, purpose, or self-worth. Challenge is that managing stress can start to replace actually resolving it.
@tboseZA We are experts at managing stress, but management isn’t the same as resolution. If we’re always coping, staying busy, and pushing on, stress can start to feel normal. The deeper conversation is whether we’re addressing the root cause or simply getting better at carrying it.
People heal differently.
Not by forcing it.
Not by reliving every painful moment.
Not by racing against some imaginary deadline.
Sometimes the safest approach is also the most effective. 💙
There are emotions many grieving people experience quietly:
🟨 anger
🟨 guilt
🟨 relief
🟨 confusion
🟨 numbness
And all of them are more common than people realize.

What if the problem isn't that you're behind... 🏃🏽♂️
What if you've been judging your progress by someone else's timeline? ⌛
You are moving at the speed your system allows.
Not slower.
Not less.
Just differently.

Many people feel pressure to “be strong” after loss, but strength without emotional processing often becomes silent suffering. 🤐
#Grief#Loss#PermissionToFeel
In a few weeks, I’ll be sharing a new series called Permission to Feel. 💛
A space for understanding grief, emotional overwhelm, and the hidden emotional stress many people carry quietly.
#PermissionToFeel
Some people are not avoiding healing because they don’t want it.
They are overwhelmed because they don’t know where to begin. 🛣️
#Grief#Loss#Healing #EmotionalAwareness#MentalHealth
The nervous system does not process grief through logic alone. 📃
This is why people often say:
“I know… but I still feel it.”
#Grief#Loss#Healing#EmotionalAwareness
There are emotional experiences many people silently carry… but rarely talk about openly.
I’ve been creating something around this.
And I can’t wait to share it with you soon. 💛

Grief doesn’t only happen after death.
Sometimes we grieve:
🟣 changes
🟣 illness
🟣 lost versions of people
🟣 lost versions of ourselves
