ALDC will be reaching out to children on the streets on Children's Day, May 27, 2026.
There are children who have never experienced the joy of children day, they are vulnerable and do not have enough social support and security. Join the cause and impact the life of a child!
Empowering these women is not just about economic upliftment it’s about creating a future where their dignity, health, and potential are fully realized.
In honor of the International Day of Rural Women, we reached out to 12 widows in Makoko community. These women face immense challenges such as food insecurity, poverty, health hazards, and mental health struggles.
We should support their role as providers and stewards of their environment as well as advocate for their right to participate in community decision-making. We must in unity promote rural spaces where women are granted the same opportunities as men.
Your kindness and support have made a significant impact on the lives of these incredible children.
Thank you for helping us create a more inclusive and joyful community for the children!

ALDC Lagos Branch Children's Day Program was successful, ensuring inclusion and spreading joy.
On May 28th, 2024, we celebrated Children's Day at Amosun Primary School, Agege, an inclusive school for children with special needs. Our team had an amazing time with the kids,
playing games, and sharing laughter. We also provided writing materials and refreshments to support their learning and enjoyment.
We are grateful to our generous sponsors, dedicated volunteers, and everyone who contributed to making this program a huge success!
As we step into 2024, let's embrace the promise of even greater achievements and positive impact. Together, we can continue making waves of positive change. Here's to another year of growth, collaboration, and making every little drop count! 💙 #HappyNewYear#ALDC2024#Gratitude
