In 2006/2007 I started building and I started with 10 units of 2-bedroom flats. The yearly rent then was 2M and about $12.5k. After 10 years I increased the rent to 2.5M and that is $5.4k today.
I had opportunity to buy houses abroad but I foolishly said my people need houses๐ญ
