LISA Product Wind-Down and Migration to Fast Pool

Following activation of the pox-5 upgrade, expected on or around July 29, LISA will begin a phased wind-down of its liquid staking products, with the process expected to conclude by the end of 2026.

The following changes will take effect in August:

🔸 LiaBTC will be removed from the LISA interface
LiaBTC was discontinued in March 2025, and its redemption window closed on September 30, 2025. Its removal from the interface completes that process.

🔸 LiALEX will become redeem-only
No new LiALEX will be created. As previously announced, ALEX emissions conclude at Cycle #409, currently expected in approximately two months. LiALEX redemption will remain available throughout the wind-down period.

🔸 LiSTX will become redeem-or-migrate
No new LiSTX will be created. Existing holders may either redeem their position to STX or migrate it to a Fast Pool stacking position directly through the LISA interface.

Timeline:
• August: Creation of new positions is disabled; LiALEX redemption and LiSTX redemption or Fast Pool migration remain open
• November: Final shutdown notice for LiALEX and LiSTX redemption
• End of 2026: The LISA interface is retired; STX stacking continues through Fast Pool

No immediate action is required, and existing positions remain unaffected today.

Redemption and migration options will remain available throughout the wind-down. Holders are encouraged to complete any redemption or migration well ahead of year-end rather than waiting for the final notice.

Further updates will be shared as each phase of the transition approaches.
