VERY #newbie wrote script w/ repped writer. Manager agreed to rep the GREAT script. Smart newbie said they wanted their own rep for future work (ALMOST done). Newb suggested 6 mos contract as a trial. Manager loved them, drive, ideas & AGREED. Great instincts! Helps to be bold!
