Researchers at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology have developed Olympus, a four-legged robot designed for exploring the Moon and Mars.
It can perform high, controlled jumps and stabilize itself in mid-air using reinforcement learning.
Its spring-powered legs help it move across craters, steep slopes, and rocky terrain where wheeled rovers may struggle, and it was unveiled last year.
Ahead of humanityโs return to the lunar surface, Axiom Space and Prada unveiled the Liquid Cooling and Ventilation Garment (LCVG) designed to be worn by astronauts inside the Axiom Extravehicular Mobility Unit (AxEMU) spacesuit.
The LCVG collaboration draws on Prada's expertise in design, patternmaking, and advanced materials, resulting in a next-generation garment developed through advanced 3D modeling techniques that maintain cooling and ventilation while enhancing comfort during up to eight-hour spacewalks.

In 2028, NASAโs Dragonfly spacecraft is set to launch on a mission to explore Saturnโs largest moon, Titan.

For the first time ever, all spacecraft ports at the space station are full with 8 docked vehicles as 10 crewmembers conduct cutting-edge science in orbit. The station will shift to a seven-person crew next week as a Soyuz trio returns to Earth. https://t.co/nFCB5lKphG
Airbus, Leonardo and Thales sign Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to create a leading European player in space by combining their respective activities in satellite & space systems manufacturing and services.
This project aims to strengthen Europeโs strategic autonomy in space, a major sector that underpins critical infrastructure and services related to telecommunications, global navigation, earth observation, science, exploration and national security.

I love you to the Moon, but not back - I'm staying there," ๐ Blue Ghost. We captured our first shots of the Moon following a successful Lunar Orbit Insertion. The lander will soon begin to circularize its orbit in preparation for landing on March 2. #BGM1
Big win for our #GhostRiders! Last night, the team successfully completed Blue Ghost's first burn with our RCS thrusters and main engine, hitting within 2 mm/s of our target delta V on the first try! This burn increased the lander's perigee (the closest point to Earth) and gets us ready for our next critical maneuver. Take a look at these engines firing with invisible plumes in the vacuum of space! #BGM1

A new study by NASA scientists proposes that microbes and other organisms could survive beneath frozen water ice on Mars' surface.
The study states that enough sunlight may shine through the water ice for simple lifeforms to perform photosynthesis โฌ๏ธ

Plasma falls on the Sun.
Plasma falls have been seen on the sun many times before, yet researchers still don't fully understand them. One big mystery is how fast they fall. The sun's gravity is powerful, but not powerful enough to pull the plasma down so quickly through the thicket of solar magnetic fields.
Nuclear engineers would like to figure out how this happens, because it also happens on a smaller scale in fusion reactors, frustrating their efforts to sustain an energy-producing reaction.
