Hello @flipkartsupport - you didn’t deliver order # OD438362127101012100 on promised date and many days after that- as there was no sign of delivery- I cancelled order - and the refund is less than the amount paid- why should I pay penalty for delivery delays?

It’s such sad experience @heydigit for the car insurance. The claim officer doesn’t receive the call and than asked me to mail and then neither replies to mail. Such tech startups meve care about customer experience or communication.
