Alma (A.K.A. Mamasoto) is a graphic designer & Houstonian 30+ years, and an Art Institute graduate who runs Mamasoto Design & Media home studio (19+yrs)!
The inspiration for her sculpture comes from the Mayan/Pre-Columbian myth of the hummingbird - the crowned courier created by the gods to serve as the messenger between the divine and mortals. Alma invites visitors to interact and connect their own messages to the heavens. 🌺🕊️
