Title: TAYO AY PILIPINO (Dugo'y Maharlika)
Music & Lyrics: Mitchie Mitch Leslie
[Verse 1]
Sa dilim ng gabi, luha’y umaagos
Sa bawat tahanan, gutom ang tumutoktok
Ang mga pangako, parang alon sa dalampasigan
Naglalaho sa hangin, iniwan tayong nagdurusa’t nagdaramdam
[Pre-Chorus]
[Chorus]
Tayo ay Pilipino, dugo’y maharlika
Mapagmahal, mapagpatawad, ngunit di magpapailalim sa masama
Sa pagkakaisa, babangon muli ang bansa
Ang ating tinig, sabay-sabay isigaw —
Kalayaan, katarungan, at dangal ng ating lahi!
[Bridge]
Hawak kamay, kapatid, wag tayong bibitaw
"Pilipinas, mahal kita!"
Hanggang sa wakas, itataya ang ating dangal
Tayo ay Pilipino… magkaisa tayong lahat!
This new magnesium study is insane.
Healthy adults taking 2 grams of magnesium daily showed a 7.5-year reduction in cognitive brain age. The score combined working memory, episodic memory, and reaction time.
Here’s the break down (1/10):
10 Signs Your Body Is Poorly Nourished and Asking for Help
1️⃣ Hair fall, thinning, or dull hair
Keratin needs protein. Hair is often the first to suffer when your diet lacks protein, iron, B12, or zinc.
2️⃣ Brittle nails with ridges or breakage
Low protein, biotin, and iron show up here fast. Nails need steady nourishment, not just nail polish.
3️⃣ Dry,dull or flaky skin
Healthy skin needs omega-3 fats, zinc, protein, and hydration. If your skin is tired-looking, so is your body.
4️⃣ Frequent fatigue or brain fog
Not normal. Your body may lack B12, iron, protein, or enough fuel. Food = energy, not just calories.
5️⃣ Low mood, anxiety or irritability Nutrients regulate neurotransmitters. A malnourished gut or poor blood sugar control can impact mental health deeply.
6️⃣ Muscle loss or weakness
Losing strength even if weight is stable? You may be under-proteined. Especially common in women and elders.
7️⃣ Cravings for sugar, salt, or junk food
These are not lack of willpower. Often signs of blood sugar swings, nutrient gaps, or poor satiety from low-protein meals.
8️⃣ Frequent infections or poor wound healing
Your immune system needs amino acids, zinc, vitamins A, C, D. Malnourished bodies take longer to repair.
9️⃣ Irregular or missing periods (in women)
Your reproductive system shuts down when your body feels underfed or unsafe. It’s a protective response.
🔟 Swelling, puffiness, or water retention
Low protein → poor albumin → fluid imbalance. Hidden malnutrition can cause swelling despite “eating enough.
Bottom line:
You can be eating plenty but still be under-nourished.
What matters is what’s on your plate not just how much.
✅ Prioritize protein
✅ Fix gut health
✅ Replenish key vitamins & minerals
✅ Balance blood sugar and hormones
Your body wants to heal.
Listen to it early and nourish it deeply.

2.2 billion people, 26% of the world were offline in 2025. Only 58% of rural residents were online, versus 85% in cities and only 36% across Africa. Everyone should have internet access.

A video recorded two days ago by Avin Kumar, an Indian sailor aboard a very large oil tanker carrying two million barrels of Saudi oil for export, shows the extent of the fire and damage to the vessel after the IRGC Navy targeted and disabled it. The tanker was hit by several Iranian one way attack drones while passing through the Strait of Hormuz because its captain had violated Iran’s blockade of the strait.
This is the Dharavi River in Mumbai, India. A river completely buried under plastic and garbage. And India wants to host the 2036 Olympics. How can you host the Olympics when an important part of the city looks like this? Tourists will see this.
Authorities in Laos, Southeast Asia, intercepted a private jet carrying 521 kilograms (1,148 pounds) of suspected methamphetamine at Luang Prabang International Airport, uncovering an alleged international smuggling operation involving multiple countries.
According to Malaysia's Narcotics Crime Investigation Department director Hussein Omar Khan, the aircraft had originally departed from Subang Airport in Malaysia without cargo before arriving in Luang Prabang, Laos.
Investigators believe the drugs were loaded onto the aircraft in Laos and were intended for distribution in Manila, the capital of the Philippines.
The operation unfolded after the private jet arrived at Luang Prabang International Airport at approximately 11:30 a.m. Two vehicles reportedly reached the airport around 1:30 p.m., carrying bags that airport personnel helped transfer toward the aircraft.
Authorities inspected the shipment and discovered 500 packages of suspected methamphetamine packed inside 23 bags, weighing a combined 521 kilograms.
The interception took place on October 1, following intelligence received by Laotian authorities on September 21 about a planned cross-border smuggling operation.
Reports indicate that 13 individuals were detained in connection with the discovery, including one Malaysian national.
Hussein clarified that the suspected drugs were not believed to have originated in Malaysia and that the intended destination was the Philippine market rather than Malaysia.
Malaysian authorities have opened their own investigation and plan to send narcotics officers to Laos to gather more information about the suspected trafficking network and any connections it may have to Malaysia.
The case highlights how an aircraft traveling between multiple Southeast Asian countries can become part of a suspected international smuggling operation.
With 13 people reportedly detained and investigators examining the network behind the shipment, a major unanswered question remains: who was supposed to receive more than half a tonne of suspected methamphetamine once the private jet reached Manila?
That amount is nothing compared to the trillions of pesos missing from our hard earned taxes. The biggest threat to the Filipino nation are corrupt officials who bled us dry and left us dead while they live extravagant lives watching F1 and buying properties like it was their own bloody money!

"Soon, you will be filling up your cars in the EU with American diesel fuel, which will actually come from Russia."
The Prime Minister of Slovakia commented on the agreement between Washington and Moscow, praising Putin and Trump for protecting national interests.
According to Fico, the agreement between Putin and Trump regarding diesel fuel demonstrated the naivety of the EU.
In social media, he wrote that European countries will suffer due to the reckless actions of their leaders.
According to the Prime Minister, recent events only confirm the correctness of Bratislava's foreign policy, which is oriented towards "all four corners of the world."
