الإفراج عن العودي و العلفي "بضمانات حضورية"..!

▪️أفرجت جماعة الحوثي قبل قليل عن الدكتور حمود العودي والمهندس عبدالرحمن العلفي، بعد تقديم "ضمانات حضورية" من تجار، فيما لا يزال رفيقهما أنور خالد شعب رهن الاعتقال.

▪️ الحوثيون كانوا قد اشترطوا الافراج عن العودي والعلفي بضمانات تجارية، وأن تكون الضمانات مقدمة من تجار يمتلكون محال تجارية في صنعاء، وأن تكون سجلاتهم التجارية مجددة.

▪️ في العاشر من نوفمبر الجاري، كان قد استدعى جهاز الأمن والمخابرات التابع للحوثيين كلا من العودي والعلفي، وعند وصولهما إلى مقر الجهاز في الحي السياسي بصنعاء تم اعتقالهما، وانقطع الاتصال بهما تماما، كما قامت قوة أمنية عقب ذلك باقتحام مقر مركز "دال" للدراسات الاجتماعية، الذي يرأسه العودي، والواقع في الدور الأول من منزله في حي حدة السكني، وتم اعتقال سكرتير المركز أنور خالد شعب واقتياده إلى مكان مجهول، إضافة إلى مصادرة أجهزة وكتب وأبحاث من المركز، ومقتنيات من منزل الدكتور العودي.

▪️ في الحادي عشر من نوفمبر الجاري، قامت قوة أمنية تابعة للحوثيين بنقل العودي والعلفي من مقر جهاز الأمن والمخابرات في حدة (الأمن السياسي سابقا) إلى معتقل جديد يتبع الجهاز في منطقة شملان بصنعاء، وظلّا هناك حتى الافراج عنهما اليوم.

عموما إن يسجنوه فقد سجنوا "إخوة له من قبل" من عظماء اليمن: الزبيري، نعمان، الإرياني، المقالح، البردوني صبرة.. إلخ.
كل هؤلاء استضافتهم سجون الإمامة.. إلخ.

يواجه خالد قاسم السعيدي، حارس أمن بسيط من محافظه ريمة ولا علاقة له بالسياسة، حكماً بالإعدام أصدرته ميليشيا الحوثي بتهمة ملفقة بالتجسس. تم اختطافه في مارس ٢٠٢٥م ومحاكمته دون أدلة ودون أي ضمانات قانونية.
خالد هو العائل الوحيد لأب مشلول وأم عاجزة، ما يجعل قرار إعدامه انتهاكاً صارخاً للحق في الحياة وللمحاكمة العادلة.
يجب وقف هذا الحكم الجائر فوراً، تتحمل ميليشيا الحوثي المسؤولية الكاملة عن حياته، كما ندعو المنظمات الدولية للتحرك العاجل لحماية المدنيين من هذه الانتهاكات.

In front of the gates of the Specialized Criminal Court in Sanaa, run by the Houthis, some relatives of the victims had gathered, waiting to hear what the judge would pronounce regarding their family members who had been arrested from their homes and workplaces, charged with fabricated accusations, and kept for long periods without being allowed to contact their families. Many of them were also denied the right to appoint a lawyer to defend them.

Those who wished from among the families were allowed to enter the court. Some entered—those who had the courage and strength to endure—while others did not dare go inside to see their relatives in the defendant’s cage. They chose, or rather were forced, to remain outside the court’s main gate, huddling together as if trying to shield one another from the weight of the moment, their eyes fixed toward the court’s entrance. ‼️

When they were informed of the court’s ruling, the shock was devastating: 17 people were sentenced to death by firing squad in a public place, while others received long prison sentences. ‼️

The mother of Anas Al-Misahbi, the man who works at a fish shop in the Shumaila area of Sanaa and one of those sentenced to death, collapsed in tears, while his brother tried to support their mother as tears streamed heavily down his own face. ‼️

Other mothers sobbed in anguish, wives lost the strength to stand from the horror of the verdict, and men wiped away their tears as they tried to support their relatives at the scene. ‼️

According to those present, the scene of the families outside the court was shocking and heartbreaking. The air felt too heavy to breathe, and fear had stripped them of words of comfort for one another. ‼️

أمام أبواب المحكمة الجزائية المتخصصة بصنعاء، التي يديرها الحوثيون، كان قد تجمع بعض أقارب الضحايا، ينتظرون ما الذي قد ينطق به القاضي تجاه أقارب لهم تم اعتقالهم من منازلهم وأماكن عملهم، وتلفيق تهم بحقهم، ولفترات طويلة لم يسمح لهم بالتواصل مع ذويهم، كما لم ينصب محام للعديد منهم للدفاع عنهم.

سمح لمن أراد من الأهالي بدخول المحكمة؛ دخل من يملك الشجاعة وقوة التحمل، وآخرون لم يتجرأوا على الدخول ومشاهدة أقاربهم في قفص الاتهام، فضلوا البقاء - مجبرين - أمام البوابة الخارجية للمحكمة، متقاربين كما لو أنهم يحاولون الاحتماء ببعضهم من وقع اللحظة، وعيونهم مشرئبة نحو باب المحكمة. ‼️

حين أبلغوا بحكم المحكمة، كانت الفاجعة: 17 شخصا حكم عليهم بالإعدام تعزيرا، رميا بالرصاص حتى الموت في مكان عام، وآخرون حكم عليهم بالسجن لسنوات طويلة. ‼️

والدة المواطن أنس المصاحبي، الرجل الذي يعمل في محل لبيع الأسماك في منطقة شميلة بصنعاء، وهو ضمن قائمة المحكوم عليهم بالإعدام، انهارت باكية، فيما كان شقيقه يحاول مساعدة والدته ودموعه تنهمر على خده بغزارة.‼️

أمهات أخريات كن يبكين بحرقة، وزوجات فقدن قوتهن على الوقوف من هول الصدمة، ورجال يكفكون دموعهم ويحاولون الوقوف إلى جانب أقاربهم في المكان.‼️

كان مشهد الأهالي - بحسب حاضرين - أمام المحكمة صادما ومؤلما، الهواء أثقل من أن يستنشق، والفزع أفقدهم كلمات المواساة لبعضهم. ‼️

Ammar Nasser is one of the #UN staff currently being detained by #Houthis in #Yemen. He went from working to provide aid in #Gaza, where Israeli forces have regularly attacked humanitarian aid workers, to now being targeted by the Houthis, who claim to be supporting Palestine.

The Houthi militia carried out a raid and search operation this morning targeting the offices of international organizations in the city of Hajjah, the capital of Hajjah Governorate in northwestern #Yemen.
A local source told Al-Masdar Online that the Houthis stormed the offices of Oxfam, the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), and the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), conducted thorough searches, and confiscated some equipment and servers.
