@bbalubbi@Peachy_As_Hell "Young people are useless idiots incapable of understanding basic geopolitics" - Guy who thinks Zionists are colonising Argentina and definitely doesn't use ad hominems. If it comforts you to assert how smart you are to everyone around you, then you do you bud ♥️
For the first time since 2014, a British Prime Minister has accepted that a referendum should take place when there is majority support for independence, as is the case in Northern Ireland.
I have written to him to discuss how we turn that principle into a legal mechanism.
BREAKING: Jimmy Kimmel announces his interview with Texas Democratic Senate candidate James Talarico will NOT air on ABC tomorrow, saying Trump’s FCC has threatened him, his show, ABC, its affiliates, and local stations over “simple traditional editorial decisions” and guest bookings.
Kimmel says the full interview will instead be posted to YouTube: “In the America we live in right now, that is the best that we can do until November.”
@KS240222@chrishibs4@jakonian Ok sure but members have basically fuck all real power in Labour. I don't really see what's 'too much' about the Greens' system other than that tabloids can get a headline out of it. I like to think the British people are smarter than to base their views on garbage like that.
@chrishibs4@jakonian It's the fairest and most people-centred system so I wouldn't change it for the world. Yeah it comes with the territory but at least I can have a tangible say in most things unlike in Labour. Just wish we were more vocal about it because I guarantee most Brits would support it.
@PolitlcsUK I'm once again begging shite papers like The Sun to understand the difference between a draft proposal and a policy. If you saw the amount of batshit insane ideas proposed internally in any party then you'd be shocked, we just happen to be far more democratic than others 🙏🙏
