$ETH has not managed to break out of the continuation triangle and the decline of volume makes me believe we could be seeing volatility approach. My interest entries would have to hold within the triangle as support and NOT break down.

Descending Triangle CAN break up and does not necessarily mean it has to break down. A Descending Triangle formation when in an uptrend as we've been since $3,100 could be Bullish and what analyst call it, is Reverse Descending triangle.
