Everytime I'm in Lagos I try to see the boys at Shekel Mobility
Last time, I was talking about something to Ben, suddenly Sanmy stopped me and went
"Now I see why Michael(Siebel) likes you"
Me: Heinnn
Him: You sound like him
Me: hhahaah
The thing just remember how Michael once told me that he wanted me to sound like him, but I didn't have the shoulders to carry that weight then so I thought and I think I probably always sounded like that but just wasn't fully ready, and now I guess a new door opened
Pay 5000 people like it is nothing on @BujetiHQ

Two senses of context, let me connect them. BPO worked when you outsourced execution but kept the context: designed in California, made in China.
Over time the context migrated to the executor, now it's designed in China too. Execution commoditizes, context and trust don't. AI is just the new executor. The question isn't who runs the process cheaper, it's who owns the context and trust it runs on. Lose that to the executor and you become California. That's the trust-led resilience point, applied to AI
I wrote about this on linkedin earlier this week because yes, it's all about building a trust infrastructure now!
@eajene@AlikoDangote He's right, 4 decades of that and we'll see changes in Africa, it took Bénin a decade to see visible changes, now 3 to solidify it and make it the new norm and voilà
When I first arrived in Silicon Valley, I watched two guys go to lunch, sketch an idea on a napkin, walk into a VC's office that afternoon, and have funding by the end of the week.
Back home in Senegal, that same idea would've taken two years of permits, bribes, and government approvals before it could legally exist.
By then, the moment would be dead and the founder would be broke.
That gap between what's possible in a free system and what's impossible in an unfree one is the reason I do what I do.
@magattew Now the central bank wants people to ask for license before even doing anything, getting help from the banks no longer possible as well
Oh UEMOA! Quand va tu comprendre?
@dammieololade@nestuge When the impostor syndrome take a day off, the realisation is crazy: "I still got it, I'm still HIM", then it comes back from vacay, thankfully it's a lazy lad so it goes on vacay a lot

Your accountant asked for last month’s expenses…
You opened 4 apps + WhatsApp just to find them.
That’s the real problem.
@bujetihq fixes it. #SwitchToBujeti
Finance shouldn’t feel like detective work every month end. If tracking expenses still means checking chats, mails and screenshots, it’s time to #SwitchToBujeti
