In the July edition the JRC MARS bulletin revised the durum wheat avg yield in #EU 🇪🇺 to 3,53 t/ha 📉 down from 3,69 t/ha of last month 👇

➡️ Particularly relevant is the downward revision for #Italy 🇮🇹 at 3,17 t/ha 📉 down from 3,4 t/ha from last month (and down from 3,4 estimated by Coceral)

➡️ #France 🇫🇷 revised to 5,20 t/ha 📉 down from 5,44 t/ha of last month

➡️ Huge drops 📉 in #Hungary 🇭🇺 and #Slovakia 🇸🇰

➡️ Partially offset by a strong increase 📈 in #Bulgaria 🇧🇬 and #Romania 🇷��

➡️ Avg yield for Greece 🇬🇷 is still reported well above last year and above 5 yrs avg, despite several local sources reported very disappoint yields during harvest ⚠️

➡️ Data for #Turkiye 🇹🇷 unchanged m/m at 3,79 t/ha 📈 a huge rebound both from last year and the 5 yrs avg **

** in absence of any official data on durum area seeded in Turkiye, they are actually translating it in a record bumper crop of about 4,75 million ton using the 5 years avg surface data ⚠️
