Been going to @LCBFestival since 2013 and this year was an absolute mess. Food and beer running out after two hours and 20-minute toilet queues. No idea what changed from previous years at @TobaccoDockLon when it’s been excellent. Such a shame as it used to be banging.

@manypets_uk we logged a claim over two months ago after our dog fell ill and sadly passed away. The claim was upwards of £2k and we’re yet to have received any update on the claim progress. It’s a big chunk of money out of our lives and we’d really appreciate some clarity.
