I consider myself a feminist and my dream in life is to have children and a family.
Feminism is about choice. I would argue that when women feel safe, loved, and financially stable, many of them will also choose to have kids. In fact, most women and most feminists do.
There is no established causation between feminism and declining birth rates (and reminder that correlation is not causation). You know what else is correlated with declining birth rates? Rising costs. Social media addiction. School shootings and violent crimes. Worsening climate change.
Trying to propose a solution without leaving space for the numerous confounds that also impact people's behaviors is just not that useful. I could point at any one random thing and say something half assed like "actually, if men stopped watching porn and went outside and talked to women we'd have more kids," but I just don't think pointing fingers at one single thing for a multifaceted issue is helpful, especially when what you're suggesting (a world where women have less choice and focus on making more babies) sounds like the plot of Handmaid's Tale.
If we really want to have this conversation, I genuinely think we need to start with how social media usage has rewired so many of our brains to replace the desire for meaningful, in person relationships with phone scrolling and quick dopamine hits instead, rather than being upset because women have the right to vote.
