@AJ_Destek @AJ_Destek Your customer service already rejected my claim yesterday (VF-1060063) by falsely claiming no online payment was found. My Rabobank statement clearly proves the €31 was deducted. Look at the actual bank evidence I provided instead of closing the file! Refund my €50.
