The Left parties, including CPI(M), CPI, CPI(ML)Liberation, RSP and CGPI, submitted a detailed memorandum to the Prime Minister, the Home Minister, and the Union Labour Minister demanding the immediate intervention of the Union government to address the issues faced by workers and to put an end to repressive actions. The parties resolved to intensify and expand the movement further if the demands of workers continue to be ignored.
