एक तरफ गरीब परिवार का बच्चा जिंदगी और मौत के बीच जूझ रहा है, अस्पताल में भर्ती है, और दूसरी तरफ गुरसहायगंज ग्रामीण बैंक की मैनेजर मैडम नीतू सिंह पिछले 5-7 दिनों से एक गरीब पिता को सिर्फ चक्कर लगवा रही हैं।

पहले कहा गया कि KYC कंप्लीट नहीं है, कागजात जमा करो। गरीब ने जैसे-तैसे डॉक्यूमेंट्स दिए, तो कहा गया कि 100 रुपये जमा करो तब खाता चालू होगा। मजबूर पिता ने उम्मीद में 100 रुपये भी जमा कर दिए, लेकिन उसके बावजूद भी सिर्फ बातें टाली जा रही हैं और खाता चालू नहीं किया गया।

क्या गरीब होना गुनाह है? किसी मजबूर और बेबस इंसान को उसके हक के पैसे के लिए इस तरह प्रताड़ित करना कहाँ का न्याय है?

उच्च अधिकारियों से निवेदन है कि इस मामले का तुरंत संज्ञान लें और पीड़ित परिवार को न्याय दिलाएं। ऐसे संवेदनहीन कर्मचारियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।
