POST-EVENT PRESS RELEASE
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Scotland held their Regional #PeaceSymposiumScotland last night, Sunday, 9th February, at the Edinburgh Academy in the presence of more than 250 people, including dignitaries and guests from across Scotland.
My day began at Fairmilehead Parish Church praying for peace in the Middle-East and ended with people of all faiths and none at the @AMA_Edinburgh Peace Symposium in Edinburgh.
"Love for all, hatred for none."
Peace is never a passive achievement. It demands effort, courage, and a willingness to listen and understand one another and to act with justice.
Let us, therefore, make peace and justice our mission in every aspect of our life - Mr. Fareed Ahmad
