@Patreon How about helping your customers when they are locked out of their accounts. I have sent no less than 50 emails asking for help and you have not responded. So I guess you keep taking my money and keep me locked out of my account?

@PatreonSupport I've been locked out of my account for over a week now, i have emailed, tweeted and FB msg'd no less than 50 times and received no support. So here I am getting charged for a service that I cannot use. Do you provide any customer service?
