Sean Williams

Avid fantasy football nut (Go Lions). Naked shorts aren't suppressing your stock & "counterfeit shares" are a lie - you just suck at investing. Views are my own

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

Since Sleazy Jim @BAMinvestor is too much of a coward to post his P&L & hides behind bogus "crime" claims when he's wrong (which is always), I'm creating a never-ending thread to hold him accountable for his long list of failures.

Remember, he charges $99/mo for this 💩

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

Rest easy, Bob! #Brewers #BrewCrew

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@MmtlpD2627 You’ve had several share counts. Neither the transfer agent (responsible for the share count), brokers, or NBH found any discrepancies.

Please tell us the specific law requiring PCO for a deleted security. I need a laugh…

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

Do it for Ueck! #BrewCrew

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@Ihartitz This is a statistical category that I feel like Derrick Henry may lead the league in... (since the start of the season)

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@MmtlpD2627 @GregMcCabeJr @cvpayne You mean this guy? The same Charles V Payne that was paid to pump stocks on retail investors and failed to report it?

I thought you were against “WaLl StReEt CoRrUpTiOn” 😆

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@MmtlpD2627 Not a settlement issue.

No crying in the casino, Nug.

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@MmtlpD2627 You’re just mad because you weren’t smart enough to read a simple PR, the company wrecked your idiotic thesis of an overage, & it plainly told you it’s not private, thus no PCO like you (dumbly) keep suggesting.

You’re pathetic. 🤡

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@MmtlpD2627 Then talk to your broker & stop pretending you have the slightest clue how markets work.

It’s not a settlement issue.

No overage. No PCO. Keep whining because you didn’t read a simple PR that told you what would happen.

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@MmtlpD2627 You mean the NBH common you’ve received that the company has confirmed?

Ignorance must be bliss when you have absolutely no clue how markets work…

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@DorothyHil19229 Ask yourself why you weren't smart enough to read a PR that told you PRECISELY what would happen?

Ask yourself why you keep pushing a lie about NBH being private when you were told it isn't & no security law requires PCO. #Moron 🤡
https://t.co/SRGAUP5lRU

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

What $MMTLP "resolution" is needed?

You held a security (MMTLP) whose SOLE PURPOSE was to transfer rights to NBH. You were given a PR that told you the date this transfer would happen. You now hold NBH common, an independent, non-trading, public reporting company. 1/6

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@MmtlpD2627 So weird you haven’t realized that MMTLP resolved in December 2022 & doesn’t exist anymore…

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@nbhydrocarbons Naturally, two frauds found each other.

It really is comical how the overwhelming majority of “heroes” for folks crying about nonexistent naked shorts are actually convicted fraudsters or are currently facing SEC litigation. @cvpayne $MMTLP 😆

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@e_toale76808 @burrytracker Hey "Jawn"... NBIS down 34% since your tweet. Why'd you suddenly go quiet, little guy? 🤡

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@e_toale76808 @burrytracker Hey, John… learn how to spell before you call others dumb. 🤡

Ask him yourself… I’ve covered him in 2 of my last 1,500-ish articles. Your research is a joke. Go sell some medical equipment like a good boy.

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

For the novices who continue to use the word “Private” to discuss NextBridge (NBH), Meta explicitly told you the $MMTLP rights transfer was to an “independent, non-traded, public-reporting co”

There’s nothing private about NBH & thus no securities law on the planet requiring PCO

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@Cheesehammer11 @Tiggersdad2 @80percentvegan @peterjkostis Regardless of whether it gains approval, I'm just glad I'm not such a bagged stooge that I whine about "people dying" b/c of spoofing and shorting. 🤡🤡🤡

If Cheesehammer had another brain, he'd die of loneliness.

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

For all the novices & golf analysts claiming $NWBO is "suppressed":

The company's market cap has grown 474% since the start of 2010, while the share price is down 99%.

That's not suppression, market makers, or "crime." That's 1.6B shares of dilution from NWBOs management team.

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@ExtraNexum A muppet is someone who blames “Ken Griffin” or “Citadel” while having no clue what market makers do.

MMs make money on spread & volume, and aren’t directional traders.

Muppets make laughably bogus excuses for their losing trades.

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

@ExtraNexum A muppet is someone like you who makes excuses for 30+ years without an approved therapy and a 20,000,000% increase in the OS.

See how I’m using regulatory data to back up my statements instead of making clown claims I can’t back up like you do?

[Sean Williams @AMCScam]

If printing shares killed cancer cells, $NWBO would be the most valuable healthcare company on the planet.

A 20,000,000% increase in its OS 🤮
