At AMED’s EGM yesterday 26 May, both Resolutions were approved. As a result – after some 25 years in this capacity - AMED will be ceasing operations as an educational charity and company limited by guarantee on 31 August. Watch this space for more details https://t.co/L1uXzRGCtL
