@Lemonade_Inc We already did that & was still denied. I think your company has to be upfront about what is considered "pre-existing." Had we known a heart murmur that was diagnosed over 5 years ago, was "pre-existing" for her "heart failure" today, we wouldn't have bothered with @Lemonade_Inc
