This is a picture I found on Instagram of Oklahoma City after yesterday’s snow. Winter Wonderland vibes to the max. Proud of my city & excited to continue watching it grow!!
Happy 45th Anniversary to my employer, ADG. ADG opened for business. I'm thankful for ADG's thoughtful, caring partners who are keeping our safety top of mind during Covid. And, yes, I'm thankful for video conferencing technology! Stay safe. Happy Thanksgiving.
We are a brand-new museum set to open Sep 18, 2021.

First rule of negotiating: be willing to get up and walk out. I’ve done it, too. And, call them on their BS pricing and terms. Usual game is they’ll call you back with a better deal. In the meantime, you have time to figure out what deal would be to YOUR advantage!

A week ago when the #okleg passed a bill to cut the affordable housing tax credit it was a mistake. Our cities and towns need more affordable housing not less. Thankful @GovStitt agreed and vetoed HB2760 this afternoon.
Giving credit where it is due, hats off to @GovStitt for his veto of HB2760. This bill would have cut the affordable housing tax credit in half. Appreciate everyone’s advocacy on this issue and for the governor taking a stand for the most vulnerable among us!
When this pandemic ends, if illness and death is not catastrophic, it will be because of Mayors bravely facing down those who suggest this is an overreaction. Success will ironically seemingly confirm overreaction. Thank you Mayor Holt and Mayor Bynum for being brave.
That's because the U.S. economy is shutting down, due to the coronavirus. The problem is the virus, not the economy. The economy doesn't need a stimulus. Corporations don't need bailouts.
Workers need money to tide them over, and hospitals need ventilators and ICUs.
