Lindsey Clancy was framed by her husband.
And he is the only person who heard a confession from a woman physically unable to speak.
And his alibi is full of holes. The judge even understands this.
There was no investigation. Just a witch hunt.
The people responding to the CourtTV poll, have watched more of the trial than other polled groups.
On Day 1, I wasn’t sure I could watch the whole thing. I knew nothing aside from the horror of three dead babies, which is unconscionable.
On Day 8, I shifted my opinion, based on mismatched and a lack of physical evidence and testimony.
On Day 17, I had developed 3 additional plausible theories and had over 25 unanswered questions that should have been answered in ANY investigation.
And on Day 23, if I were a juror, I would find her Not Guilty, Acquitted.
That’s why we have trials, so a jury of 12 of our peers can hear ALL of the relevant information, and make a decision.
God Bless America 🇺🇸 and our collective 6th Amendment Rights, because this is exactly what it’s for.
Intriguing to think about how much would the right’s conversations around “women being too picky” might change if more people realized that nearly every other young man in his 20s smoked weed, gambled, and/or watched porn *every day*
I have some questions:
Why did Patrick Clancy put the family home into a trust only he had control of two days before the murders?
Why was Patrick’s dna on the murder weapons and not Lindsey’s?
Why did her heart rate stop tracking two minutes after he sent a work email?
Why when he said he was at CVS electronic device forensics say he was in his basement office?
Why did Patrick Clancy say Lindsey told him she tried to kill herself and the children were in the basement did very other person, police, EMTs say she could not speak? She had a CRUSHED thyroid is an injury normally from being strangled?
Why was three times the prescribed amount of Seroquel was in her system when the doctor discontinued it almost 3 weeks ago, but all her discontinued meds were found in his car?
Why would a nurse put her medication ground up in an acidic drink when all nurses are trained that acidic liquids hurt the medication?
Why would Patrick google (when Lindsey was at the pediatrician with one of their children) how to deactivate the airbags on a Kia Sorento, the kind of car Lindsey drives?
Why was there also a search for carotid artery at the same time asking its location in the body and carotid was spelled incorrectly? Lindsay was a nurse who used that word frequently at the ICU where she worked?
They lived in Massachusetts. Why did he close on a new place to live five minutes from his mistress just weeks before the murders?
Why did Patrick throw out every thing of the children’s right away and have all the children’s bodies cremated and put into just one urn?
Why did Patrick go away with his mistress just three weeks after the children were buried on a hike in Costa Rica and leaving five star reviews online chatting about the great trip? Three weeks.
Why did Patrick say he was doing CPR on his children until EMS arrived to find him sitting on the sofa with the kids face down on the floor?
Why was he wearing different shoes and a different coat in his CVS pictures than in the take out place?
Why did Patrick say he was delayed in calling 911 because of no WiFi, but 911 is completely accessible without WiFi?
Why was Lindsey soaking wet and 84 degree body temperature when supposedly only outside for 30 minutes?
A working hose located in the back yard when most people turn them off in the winter to protect from pipes freezing?
Why does it look like Patrick is holding an Apple Watch at CVS?
Why would it look like Lindsay’s heart rate went to zero at 5:23p?
Why was his next door neighbor on the news a couple months before he passed away saying he was talking to Patrick out front and Patrick said his wife was in the backyard so he had to discontinue the convo?
Why did the Apple Watch show Lindsey’s heart rate drop consistently from the 120s to 56 in a twenty minute period when Patrick’s timeline said that is when she murdered the children?
Why did Patrick say there was blood all over the bedroom, looking like it had been SPRAYED BY A HOSE when police testified on the stand there was not much blood?
Why was there no fingerprints on the knife used to cut her throat and wrists?
Why were her wrists cut horizontally instead of vertically. Any nurse knows vertically is the best method.
911 instructed Patrick to plug her wounds while waiting for EMS. He was found standing over her.
Why was an arrest warrant signed for Lindsey just 24 hours after the murders when the only person to claim to hear a confession was the only uninjured person at the house? Lindsey had life threatening injuring could not speak.
Why did Michael Phippen, former Plymouth County prosecutor purchase the Clancy home a year after the murders for way below its value? And then when defense wanted to tour the house with the jury there was push-back by Phippen who finally allowed a “limited” tour.
Patrick Clancy is the nephew of the former Chief of Police of Duxbury, MA
No fingerprints processed at the crime scene?
Patrick was drugging Lindsay.
Doctor: Lindsay didn’t tell me she was overdosing.
Prosecution: How did you know she was overdosing?
Doctor: Patrick told me she was crushing up pills with lemonade.
wtf
Nurses don’t crush pills.
Suicidal people don’t crush pills.
People crush pills to hide them.
Patrick was crushing overdose pills.
No wonder she didn’t feel like herself.
Lindsay kept accurate journaling of what she took, how much and how it made her feel. She was trying so hard to get better! #lindsayclancy
We increasingly see this in FL. I’ve heard people argue they should not pay taxes for schools because they no longer have school age children. They shouldn’t have to pay for the library because they never use it. Etc. A lack of a sense that you live in a community.
2/PS: you can't accuse me of defending a murderer when I've just explained to you in detail why I don't think she's a murderer. So to the extent, I support her defense. It's because I actually think she's a victim, not a victim because she killed her kids, a victim of attempted murder by her husband.
So feel free to Unfollow me or wherever the fuck it is you wanna do I genuinely don't care I've looked at all the evidence in this case, and there are so many holes and so many inconsistencies, and so many things that make no goddamn sense, that the story I just told above is actually more likely.
Since everybody feels so free to decide that Lindsay Clancy is a demonic narcissist who murdered her children and probably murdered babies in the Nicu after helping to deliver them as a labor and delivery nurse, I'm gonna go right out there on a limb and say that Patrick Clancy is a raging narcissist who was checked out and resentful of his wife's mental health issues and the burden of his three kids -- if he was going to have to take care of them more because she could no longer work because she was bipolar or maybe she'd have to work less or a different shift, then how could he possibly continue doing his marathons and his hiking trips in Costa Rica and his ski trips and his brunches with the boys?
How embarrassed would he be if his wife was no longer the shining example of health that he thought he married? Certainly just as much motive as this doting, loving mother who was so deeply involved in her children's lives she even managed to plan a birthday party immediately after getting out of a mental hospital. My mother was a narcissist and she couldn't even be bothered to show up to my doctors appointments. She was too busy cheating.
How have we gotten to the place where a doting loving mother who plans kids nap schedules and meals is suddenly personality disorder, and controlling? Hey mom's out there don't you dare make sure your kids are on a solid routine and have a stable day every day inject a little chaos or people are gonna think you're too controlling. 🙄 /sarcasm
I'll take it a step further: I think his mother knows he's suspicious because she's supporting Lindsey and has sat behind Lindsay this entire trial, testified on Lindsey's behalf, and is horrified to think that her son is a fucking sociopath.
Now let's look at the body language: Patrick has floating irises, which sociopaths tend to have. He's caught on video being inattentive to his kids at the museum, and grabbing Dawson by the arm to push him back towards Lindsay. Is that where the bruises on Dawson's arm came from?
Patrick had more motive than Lindsay too, especially if we look at his lifestyle and the evidence.
That is my opinion. It is not a claim, but it's my opinion just like you all are expressing your opinions.
The difference is, a scenario where he did it and tried to frame her is supported better by the direct evidence than the scenario we're expected to believe is "proven" (hint: it's not).
I believe the so-called "confession" in her civil suit is total bullshit, based on internalized guilt based on the fact that she was "informed" when she woke up that she was the murderer and her brain did what the human brain does: it's latches onto certainty because uncertainty is that much more painful. She was also on some pretty heavy duty, pain medications, already under arrest, and chained to her bed. Without a memory of what had happened, she was in a pretty poor position to say she didn't do it wasn't she? And given that she'd already expressed fears that she might hurt herself and the kids, it was plausible, probably even to her that she had done it. It just happens the forensic evidence suggests otherwise, and there are so many inconsistencies between her account of what she allegedly did and what the scene actually showed that under any other circumstances, her civil suit version would be deemed sketchy, to the point where the defendants in that civil suitcase will likely bring it up in their defense. Even if she's found not criminally responsible by virtue of postpartum psychosis, or drug induced psychosis, or whatever, the inconsistencies in his testimony and her account and what the forensic show will serve as excellent evidence for the defense in that civil suit because friends if she's not the one who actually did it then it didn't have all to do with the drugs, and the people being sued aren't too blame are they?
We can all have opinions. You guys have expressed yours. I've just expressed mine. Have a nice day.
Can anyone answer honestly why this is an issue. If people are not wanting to reproduce because conditions are not ideal maybe that’s an intelligent evolutionary mechanism? Has anyone considered this is the world trying to find some equilibrium? Why is there so much interest in keeping the world overpopulated other than billionaires having enough working bees to exploit?
