I think we are humans and we may made mistakes which should be corrected by taking corrective actions but as per airline there are no provisions to correct human errors
@airvistara Dear Team . . .If someone makes mistake there is no way its corrected by paying penalties it looks very strange as i have booked 8 tickets out of which 2 tickets last name was different but mistake happened which can be happened with anyone isnt it ?

@ICICIBank@ICICIBank_Care Very Pathetic and Poor Response from Customer Care. . .Please do not go for ICICI Bank's "Insta - 24 Hours Top-up" product as I have chosen that option and paid Processing Fees Bt no one from Bank responded and also not refunding fees since 3 Months
