This is so tragic and avoidable.
We have a growing list of precious children who have been murdered by their mothers.
It is critical we understand that disordered individuals can be of either gender and this relentless campaign to prevent โcontact at all costsโ against fathers, is equally important in the case of abusive females.
Until we get this resolved, we will never be able to protect all children from harm.
And too many children will pay for this gender bias with their lives.

We hope Mr Kellett is able to get his life back on track. It is scant justice that stabbing a man means you are in a relationship with does not mean prison. How can this be right? https://t.co/BopaJALvj9 via @MailOnline
Our thoughts are with Ryan and his family. We are pleased with the jury's decision.
It shows domestic abuse can happen to men of any age and from any background. https://t.co/5vLn4WqfbT
To all the dads, husbands, sons, brothers, granddads, uncles, nephews, cousins, friends, work colleagues and men we don't even know, who - in a million different ways - help to make our world better than it would be without you. Thanks.

Fewer than 0.1% of places in domestic abuse shelters in Scotland are available to men. The Scottish Government's discriminatory approach to this problem is unjustified, and risks contravening the Equality Act 2010

1 in 3 domestic abuse incidents reported to the police in the UK are reported by men. 50% of domestic abuse incidents are bi-directional (i.e. both partners perpetrate). Of the remaining 50% that are uni-directional, women are the perpetrators in 70% of cases ๐งต
Grants of up to ยฃ1000 will be available as part of a pilot fund to support women fleeing an abusive partner.
The Fund to Leave will be available across five local authority areas with the highest levels of women facing homelessness due to domestic abuse.

This is fantastic. I've always said it will be the children of high conflict break ups and alienation, who make a huge difference, and here we have it. @ProfHine
