@vikrantgupta73 Of course, everyone was quiet when KL Rahul was being selected with a ridiculous avg. Of 34 odd in tests. But people won't speak about it, he's got friends and also bolly connects. Shameful! Hope he's happy now! Same for Gill (in test matches)
@anandvasu@ashwinravi99 Absolutely! Consistently clocking 5+ wickets per tests in no mean feat....But hoping he closes at least one more than Warne. Murali once quoted that he sees Ashwin challenging his 800. Regardless, Ashwin is one of a kind and a true modern great!
@bhogleharsha True but unfair to put the baggage on lower order, just can't fathom how KL Rahul with a sub-par avg. of 34 makes it into playing XI? This clearly isn't on merit! There is enough ans more talent out there!
@dhruv_rathee Your wish and agenda, didn't materialize in 2024, keep shaking, something will come out for sure. But there are better folks for PM's post than a dimwit jerk #premature
@vikrantgupta73@BCCI &what about KL? Acc to reports, he flew to UK to get examined, while the medical in team found no major issue. Won't be surprised if he gets all fine just before IPL!
@sambillings Administrators tried it from 1960s till 2007. Failed to flourish. Answer lies in killing ODIs and keeping just tests and limited T20 window.
@bhogleharsha This is the beginning of end for Indian cricket's dominance? Perhaps. Because they picked players on reputation and not merit. This Bollywoodization of cricket is sickening to the core!!!
@bhogleharsha Rather India have gifted the final on platter. When would we pick players like Jaiswal, Ishan Kishan over undeserving folks like Shardul, KL and others! This was shameful and it would take Indian cricket down.
@bhogleharsha Because the idiot fast bowlers did not learn from 1st innings and bowled enough cutters. Also, @venkateshprasad was right, KL's innings was selfish and India should go for fearless and deserving talent. Merit should count!
