@SouthernRailUK I was arriving from being abroad. Couldnt really avoid travel. Also when I was looking at trains before my flight took off to UK you were advertising trains. At Gatwick staff advised a train. If folks are arriving from abroad it's impossible to not travel or change arrival date

@nedglasier I love them. I introduce them on the 1st session. But rather than contract something that is fixed i think of them more as setting an group expectation/ agreement/ building the culture explicitly so we can work across difference. But they need to be live and changeable.
