This is a nice silicon granuloma/pseudotumor that was found in someone who had a little fullness added to just the right spots but it did not age well. A colleague was concerned about a liposarcoma. Nope! It's just another 305 case!

This Seminal Vesicle gland caught my eye with a nice demonstration of a @RoTriad:
1. Yellow pigment
2. "Monster" cells (BIG and a bit scary)
3. Intra nuclear pseudo inclusion

Knowing basic #histology is useful to distinguish from prostate cancer #GUpath

Undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of liver: rare, usually occurs in children (though this case is from an adult). Spindled/anaplastic histology with round hyaline globules is classic. Prognosis is not great, but some pts do well. #pathology #liverpath #PathTwitter #PathOutPic

Sometimes the hyperplasia is so pronounced that it can lead to a misdiagnosis of SCC. Suspect infection in the presence of intraepidermal abscesses. Do deep cuts if necessary. Here the organisms were very visible. Chromomycosis!
