Alongside my Texas Republican colleagues, I urged CMS to end the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Review Choice Demonstration (IRF RCD) before it expanded into our state.
CMS announced this week that it will move forward with expanding the IRF RCD to Texas. This could cause unnecessary burdens on hospitals and staff. I remain committed to pushing to reduce regulatory barriers for Americans.
