We have developed a half-bridge module specifically to perform a double-pulse test of EPC2152 GaN HEMTs from @EPC_Corp. The current is measured via a shunt resistor, nevertheless we paid attention to a small power loop. Stay tuned!

In our amp board, noise couples into the gate drive signals. This sometimes led to a shout through & thus to the failure of the #GaN HEMTs. The features of the new EPC2152 version 3.1 prevents this. Thanks @EPC_Corp for the samples.
