Phil Brannan: Artistry in Wood

Brannan is a local Southeast Texas woodcarver, specializing in realistic fish sculptures. This is the first time his sculptures have been exhibited in a public art space outside of competitions.

In its 38th year, the Protégé Competition and Exhibition, presented by Market Basket, was created to encourage graduating high school seniors to begin taking the steps necessary to become a part of the world of art. AMSET will host an opening reception on Tuesday, March 5 @ 6 PM.
