💢🇷🇺 Black smoke blankets Moscow after Ukrainian drone strikes on warehouses and oil depot

Thick black smoke hung over the Moscow region for hours Saturday after Ukrainian drones set fire to a Wildberries logistics complex in Elektrostal and an oil depot in Noginsk, about 30 miles east of the capital, an AFP journalist reported.

The Noginsk depot holds 24 storage tanks and is a key fuel hub for the Moscow region, according to the regional governor. Moscow’s mayor said more than 370 drones were launched toward the region.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said the logistics centers were hit in response to Russian strikes on Ukrainian cities, alleging they supplied sanctioned components for drone production.
