Today, @SCCNCRams & @NCCommColleges, launched the Pathways to Employment Alignment Project #PTE. Thanks to the generous support of Perkins and SBCC, we're partnering with faculty & industry leaders to develop industry-specific career development & pre-apprenticeship courses.
This work will transform dual enrollment students' access to technical courses by taking the typical freshman seminar course, to the next level with contextual learning experiences... similar to internships or WBL.
Applications are open for the Nonprofit Internship Program, an 8 week paid summer internship (beginning around May 31st for most) where students are matched with and work with nonprofit organizations from across NC. https://t.co/ZIYHHEDYOZ
