The lack of communication on a @lgusadigital large appliance order from @homedepot is appalling - they shouldn’t be selling products to customers they can’t guarantee delivery on!
@Ronimal11@SamsungUS@HomeDepot I’m in the same boat with @lgusadigital and @homedepot - they need to quit selling products that are not in their possession - After being on hold for 25+ minutes I’ll be sure to take my future large appliance business elsewhere.
Almost 2 months later and still missing parts from furniture ordered from @IKEAUSA - a similar issue was resolved by a competitor in a week. Between the hang ups and ghosting it is legit the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Want to waste an entire afternoon with multiple dropped calls and ineffective customer service? Try reaching @IKEAUSA customer service number to replace missing pieces of a chest that was delivered to your house.
Do yourself a favor and avoid flying @lufthansa if you actually want to get what you paid for or if you’d like somewhat decent customer service that doesn’t continually hang up on you.
