After you rebooked us on a flight tomorrow, this has now been officially cancelled (2 x cancellations). I have sent you further DMs as it is literally impossible to reach you via phone and there is still ongoing ambiguity on what the process and procedure is to follow next. Thank you @emirates & @EmiratesSupport
@emirates@EmiratesSupport we are unable to contact you by phone, and have had no response to email. Your app has deleted our booking information for our flights from March 1st, and there is no intuitive way to transfer that cancelled booking to a new booking. There is no clarity on the process of how to transfer or rebook or book a flight to know if you’re even in the queue for a flight. Please respond asap.
@barristermwk@EmiratesSupport@emirates@emiratesupport Same position here. Only a much earlier flight. Have no idea if meant to pay for another flight or wait for instructions. Bit worrying all details vanish from the app.
@Michael_Fattori@hub_support17 No response yet from Emirates. Ignore the other fake accounts I was trying to say that I’d DM’d the official support channel. Relatively new to X

Here are 8 email flows we design for our top subscription clients proven to reduce churn, boost LTV, and keep renewals frictionless 👇
The most obvious post-purchase email?
It’s also the most neglected and it's killing your retention. 👇
Here’s the usual flow:
You buy a new phone case.
2 hours later: “20% off your next order!”
Next day: “Check out our bestsellers!”
You hit unsubscribe.
“How to keep your case looking new for longer.”
“3 hidden features on your phone you’re not using.”
“Best accessories that work with your case.”
These types of emails build trust.
And trust builds repeat buyers.
8. Sunset Flow: “Should we break up?”
If they reply “no,” you’ve rekindled the relationship. If they say yes—clean list, no hard feelings. Win-win.
